Shipping
We do not stock or pre-pour any of our product line. Your order is made custom for you when you order it. Your order will usually be shipped via UPS Ground within 7-10 Business Days. The time UPS takes to ship the order may take from 1 to 5 business days. Orders originating from outside of the US Mainland (48 States) will be shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS Worldwide Service.
US Mainland (48 States): Shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location within the US.
Ship times average 2-5 days but may take up to 10 days during holidays and other busy times.
PLEASE NOTE: Divine Light Soy Candles is not responsible for unexpected delays in transit times.

Returns/Refunds
If ever there is a problem with your purchase or if there is breakage DO NOT discard the items as we will need to inspect them to file a claim with the carrier. We require a digital photograph of the damaged product in the original packaging. If you experience breakage with your order we will issue a coupon code for the amount of the broken products good towards any future purchases. We will not credit shipping costs. We pack very well and breakage is rare. If you discard the items before they have a chance to be inspected and/or photographed we will be unable to resolve your issue. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Because orders are customized and packed for you, cancellations are not possible. No other returns will be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE:
Because you are purchasing a pure all natural candle we want to let you know in advance that if it becomes exposed to higher or lower temperatures it may arrive with the wax looking "cracked" and/or "sweating" on the top of the candle. The candle may also be discolored because of heat. This is NORMAL with Natural Soy Wax Candles and does not effect the quality of the candle. These natural defects will go away once you light the candle. We will not do a return for these defects unless they are severe.
